AI Capital Agent

Your statements, read for you.

Upload your bank statements and your cash advance contract. The agent finds every advance pulling money from your account, shows how much they take, estimates when your cash runs short, pulls the contract terms that matter word for word, and drafts a letter you can review and send yourself.

  • Finds every daily and weekly advance debit, with the rows that prove it
  • Flags stacking and what share of your deposits the advances take
  • Quotes your contract, page by page, and drops anything it cannot find in the text

      What happens to your documents

      • They are read in memory to answer this one request, then deleted. They are never saved to a disk or a database, and never logged.
      • To read them, they are sent to Google's Gemini API on a paid plan. Google's terms say paid API data is not used to improve its products. Details.
      • No account and no credit pull.

Education only. Fair Capital does not lend, broker, or arrange financing, never contacts any funder, and receives no payment from any lender.

      What we do

Your files travel over an encrypted connection to our server. The server holds them in memory only while it reads them, sends each file to Google's Gemini API to pull out the transaction rows and contract wording, does all the math itself, and sends the results back to your browser. Then the files are deleted from memory. The server runs on a read-only file system, so it cannot save them to disk even by accident. Our logs record only counts and timings, never what your documents say.

      What Google does

Files go to the Gemini API as part of the request, not through Google's file storage. We use the paid API plan. Under Google's Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, when you use paid services Google does not use your prompts or responses to improve its products. Google says it keeps them only to detect and prevent violations of its Prohibited Use Policy and for disclosures the law requires.

      What you should know

Your results live only in this browser tab, so closing it clears them. To keep them, download the Capital Snapshot. Fair Capital is an education tool. It does not lend, broker, or arrange financing, never contacts a funder for you, and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
